In our trials, with temperatures consistently above 90˚F, King Choi showed no signs of bolting. Plants grow upright and uniform, featuring broad, dark green leaves and thick, juicy white stems that stay crisp and flavorful. Harvest at full size—about 10‒12 inches tall by 12 inches wide—or enjoy as tender microgreens. A great multi-season crop.
